No Need to bring Hip hop back because
its not dead, its busy..... evolving
Remember when Timbaland Magoo and Missy hit the scene real hard
and the beats were "futuristic" something new you haven't heard before, well I think most artists are trying to evolve their sound, albums, and their images as well, but with music, there are no boundries. And even still with new artists like Asher Roth and OJ Juice Man this shows that Hip Hop Is taking Over! :) I mean how much do you really hear about Country or Drum and Bass? Not too much
You hear about Hip Hop on a daily basis

i feels, but in evolving what do we lose? in every genre we saw black music grow into the mainstream and get sucked into the corporate machine only to lose its originality. alot of the leading artists in the genres we love dont get credit for starting those genres but the sound gets replicated for the money (i.e. muddy waters- rolling stones, buddy guy- beach boys, bobby womack- the beatles, joplin, dre- eminem, timbaland- timberlake, will.i.am.- fergie. its like we as america dont recognize that originality until its replicated by the mainstream. that turns hip-hop to hip-pop!
